Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at SRGN Clinic you confirm that you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

SRGN operates a 3-working-day cancellation policy.

To cancel or rearrange your appointment, you must notify us at least three working days in advance by:

  1. Email: info@srgn.co
  2. Telephone: The clinic you are due to attend

If more than 3 working days’ notice is given, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit.

If less than 3 working days’ notice is given, your deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Failure to attend your appointment (non-attendance) will result in the loss of the deposit in full.

2. Deposits for All Appointments

All appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are redeemable against treatment on the day of attendance unless otherwise stated.

  • Doctor appointments: £50 deposit
  • Medical appointments: £50 deposit
  • Dr Ayad Harb appointments: £250 deposit (non-refundable, redeemable against same-day treatment)

Deposits are non-refundable except where SRGN cancels the appointment.

3. Dr Ayad Harb – Specialist Policy

Appointments with Dr Ayad Harb require a £250 non-refundable deposit, redeemable against same-day treatment performed by Dr Ayad.
Follow-up appointments with Dr Ayad are charged at £125 unless:

  • The follow-up relates to a clinical complication; or
  • You opt to see another doctor for review (complimentary)

The determination of what constitutes a complication is at the clinician’s professional discretion.

4. Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

While email is accepted, telephone communication is recommended to ensure your request is processed within the cancellation window. SRGN cannot be responsible for delays in email delivery.

5. Informed Consent & Treatment Risks

All medical and aesthetic treatments carry potential risks, complications, and variable outcomes.
Before proceeding with treatment, you will be provided with:

  • A consultation
  • A consent form outlining risks, benefits, and alternatives
  • Aftercare instructions

By signing the consent form and proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the risks involved
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions
  • You accept that outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Patients are strongly advised to read all consent documentation carefully before agreeing to treatment.

6. Refund Policy – Treatments

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic procedures:
SRGN does not offer refunds for completed treatments.

This includes situations where:

  • The aesthetic outcome differs from the patient’s expectation
  • Swelling, bruising, or normal side effects occur
  • Multiple sessions are clinically required

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where treatment is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

If you have concerns regarding your outcome, you must contact the clinic as soon as possible so that we may assess and review appropriately.

7. Revision Procedures & Corrective Treatment

Where revision treatment or corrective surgery is requested:

  • A clinical assessment will be required
  • Additional costs may apply
  • Revision treatment is not automatically included in the original treatment fee
  • Fees for revision procedures will depend on clinical findings and practitioner time.

SRGN reserves the right to determine whether a matter constitutes a complication, normal healing variation, or a new treatment requirement.

8. Problems with Treatments or Products

Any concerns must be reported promptly to info@srgn.co with clear photographs where applicable.
Failure to follow aftercare advice or delay in reporting may affect healing and limit available corrective options.
In most cases, an in-person clinical review will be required.

9. Refunds & Returns – Products

  • No refunds or exchanges on prescription-only products
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with receipt for exchange or credit
  • Opened products cannot be refunded unless faulty
  • If you experience a reaction, contact us immediately for advice.

10. VAT Notice

SRGN is VAT registered.

In accordance with HMRC regulations:

  • Treatments deemed purely aesthetic (non-medical) are subject to 20% VAT.
  • Treatments undertaken for a genuine medical purpose may be VAT exempt.

VAT classification is determined based on clinical assessment and HMRC guidance. VAT charges are the responsibility of the patient.

11. Promotional Offers

  • One offer per person
  • Not valid in conjunction with other promotions unless stated
  • Subject to availability
  • Not valid against surgical treatments unless specified
  • SRGN reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
  • Please note that treatments performed by Dr Ayad Harb are not included in the offers.

12. Gift Vouchers

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
  • Valid only for the stated period
  • Not valid for surgical treatments
  • One voucher per person
  • Must be presented at the appointment

13. Children Policy

For safety and insurance reasons:

  • Children are not permitted in treatment rooms
  • Children may not be left unattended in the clinic

Please arrange alternative childcare prior to attending.

14. Pets Policy

Only certified assistance/service animals are permitted inside the clinic.

15. Lateness Policy

If you arrive late:

  • Your treatment time may be reduced; or
  • Your appointment may need to be rescheduled

Some treatments require preparation (e.g., numbing cream 30 minutes prior). Failure to arrive on time may prevent safe treatment.

16. Clients Under the Influence

SRGN reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
This does not apply to prescribed medication disclosed during consultation.

17. Pricing & Errors

All prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing or administrative error, SRGN reserves the right to amend or cancel the transaction.
