She holds a Master’s degree in Dermatology and has a special interest in aesthetic medicine, combining clinical knowledge with a refined, patient-centred approach to non-surgical rejuvenation.
Poppy’s philosophy is simple: aesthetic treatments should enhance, not change. Her focus is on subtle, balanced results that help patients look fresher, more rested and naturally rejuvenated.

Hair Restoration Doctor
Dr Ahmed Riaz is a GMC-registered doctor with a dedicated focus on hair restoration and hair transplant surgery. At SRGN, he helps patients understand the cause of their hair loss and explore treatment options that are appropriate for them, from FUE hair transplantation to non-surgical hair loss treatments.
His approach is considered, precise and centred around natural-looking results. Rather than treating hair loss in isolation, Dr Riaz looks at the individual as a whole, including their pattern of hair loss, donor area, facial proportions, medical history and how their hair may change over time.
For him, a successful result is not simply about adding more hair. It is about creating something that looks balanced, natural and right for the person.
Dr Riaz developed an interest in hair restoration early in his medical career.
Before specialising in this field, he trained and worked within the NHS across a number of specialities, including general surgery, emergency medicine and general practice. This broad medical background has given him a strong clinical foundation and continues to shape the way he assesses and cares for his patients today.
He later pursued advanced training in hair restoration under internationally recognised experts, developing experience in a range of techniques including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), eyebrow transplantation and beard transplantation.
Today, his principal focus is FUE hair transplantation and the non-surgical management of hair loss.
Dr Riaz is also an Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), reflecting his commitment to ongoing education and maintaining high professional standards within the field of hair restoration.
One of the defining aspects of Dr Riaz’s work is his involvement throughout the hair transplant process.
Having previously worked within an award-winning UK hair loss clinic, he has gained experience across each stage of FUE hair transplantation, from consultation and hairline design through to follicle harvesting, recipient site creation and graft implantation.
This hands-on approach allows him to maintain close control over the details that influence the final result.
Hairline shape, graft distribution, direction, angle and donor management can all make a significant difference to how natural a hair transplant looks once it has matured.
Dr Riaz therefore plans each case individually rather than following a standard template.

A natural hairline should complement the patient’s facial proportions and existing hair while also taking age and potential future hair loss into consideration.

Not everyone experiencing hair loss needs a hair transplant.
Hair loss can have many causes, and some forms may be temporary, progressive or better managed without surgery.
For this reason, Dr Riaz begins with an assessment rather than assuming transplantation is the answer.
During consultation, he considers the patient’s pattern of hair loss, donor density, medical history, family history, previous treatments and expectations before discussing the most appropriate options.
Where surgery is suitable, he will explain what can realistically be achieved and how the treatment should be planned with future hair loss in mind.
Where it is not suitable, he will discuss alternative approaches.

Dr Nathalie Lear trained with Dr Ayad Harb and is his associate in Bicester and London.
She is a cosmetic practitioner experienced in injectable treatments, including lip enhancement, facial balancing and nose correction. She also has a special interest in medical skincare, skin boosters and Profhilo.
Nathalie takes a “less is more” approach, planning subtle treatments around each patient’s features and concerns.
